Adv. Sudip Raj Ghimire is a bona fide legal practitioner with expertise in Litigation, Criminal Law and cases related to Financial Crimes for over four years. His primary practice is before the Special Court of Nepal, whilst also handling cases across all three tiers of courts.

Adv. Ghimire has a significant combination of legal practice with academia, serving as an Assistant Professor at Purbanchal University teaching Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Electoral Law and Legislative drafting. He has taken several Expert Sessions at the Nepal Police Administrative Staff Course (MPS) and has taken sessions for the University of Sydney Law School on the matters relating to the Nepalese Legal System. Adv. Ghimire has a strong foundation of scholarly work and legal practice making him a very diverse lawyer.

Alongside litigation, Adv. Ghimire also serves as a Legal Advisor in a leading Health Care and Medical Institution of Nepal providing counsel on matters relating to medical law. He is also a Founding Member of the Medical and Health Care Lawyers Forum which reflects on his commitment towards Health and Medical Law.

Adv. Ghimire has secured a B.A. LL.B degree with specialization in Constitutional Law and LL.M degree in Business and International Trade Law from Purbanchal University. His professional interests lie in Public Procurement, Health Law, Legislative Drafting, Constitutional and Administrative Law. Adv.
